New Earth Exchange is holding a public talk on a new currency in Santa Cruz. Anyone interested can email or call organizer Langdon Roberts at info@NewEarthExchange.org, or 831-476-7529. Submissions for a contest to determine the look of the local money and its name can be sent to Roberts by pdf and email Roberts. Winners will get either a free, one-year business membership or $100 worth of the local currency.
