SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA — Voters decided who should represent Santa Cruz County and the surrounding region as U.S. Representative for California District 20. Incumbent and Democrat Jimmy Panetta held 65.7 percent of the vote, while Republican Jeff Gorman and fellow Democrat Adam Bolaños Scow both garnered 17.1 percent of the vote.
