Coronavirus In Santa Monica: 398 Cases
Health officials Monday reported 2,542 new cases across Los Angeles County.
SANTA MONICA, CA — Bars and nightclubs were ordered to close in Los Angeles County as the number of coronavirus cases and deaths increased across Los Angeles County Monday.
There are 398 reported cases in Santa Monica and 29 reported deaths, according to Los Angeles County health officials Monday. Last week, there were 366 reported cases in Santa Monica and 26 reported deaths.
Health officials reported 2,542 new cases across the county along with 20 more deaths.

The virus is surging statewide, with Los Angeles County leading the way with more than 97,894 confirmed cases on Monday. The state has recorded nearly 215,417 confirmed cases and 5,934 deaths.
