We need to make the white lines at the stops signs into "White Speed Bumps" on Riverwalk. We also need speed bumps in the middle of the road on Riverwalk to slow the traffic down. Speed bumps at the stop signs would force the drivers to be stop completely, and hopefully make them more aware of their surroundings. I would hate to see an innocent life lost because we couldn't add some asphalt and paint.
