Join us on the second and fourth Sunday of each month for a live program focused on a variety of marine science topics. Presentations happen at 10:30am, 12pm, and 2pm.
These interactive presentations hosted by our award-winning educators feature multimedia, pictures, video and more to share the stories of amazing marine mammals and the Center’s efforts to ensure the health of these animals and our ocean.
September’s topic is Ses Otter Spectacular. Otters are an amazing keystone species that help to keep our ocean healthy. Let's celebrate how far this marine mammal has come, from being hunted extensively for their luxurious fur, to the work The Marine Mammal Center does to bring sea otters back from the brink of extinction.
