Patch Wants to Talk to You

Sherman Oaks Patch wants to speak to homeowners who were able to obtain a home modification loan, about the challenges they experienced during the process.
 
Through its Hope Now program, the federal government provided counselors to homeowners to help them obtain a home remodification loan.
 
The government has statistics on how many people were helped nationally and on the state level. Patch wants to talk with people in Sherman Oaks about how helpful these programs have been for people in this community.
