Master Mazatlan-style ceviche in this hands-on class. Learn traditional coastal techniques, fresh seafood preparation, and authentic Pacific Coast flavors.
About the Class
Discover the vibrant flavors of Mexico’s Pacific Coast in this hands-on class featuring two distinct styles of authentic coastal ceviche. You’ll learn to prepare both a refreshing white fish ceviche and a shrimp ceviche, mastering the specific techniques and bold flavors that define the seafood traditions of Sinaloa.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare Two Recipes: Create two separate styles of ceviche from scratch—one using fresh white fish and one using succulent shrimp.
- Hand-Prep Fresh Ingredients: Practice dicing the essential components, including tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and chiles.
- Master the Marinade: Mix the perfect blend of fresh lime juice and seasonings to achieve a signature coastal taste.
- Plate & Garnish: Assemble your dishes with traditional accompaniments like crispy tostadas, saltine crackers, and authentic hot sauces.
