Discover
the joy of cooking with beautiful, locally grown produce in a relaxed,
inspiring kitchen environment. These intimate classes are designed to
spark creativity, build confidence, and make everyday meal prep feel
simple, sustainable, and deeply satisfying.
Classes are offered
two times per week on Monday and Wednesdays from 10:00–11:30 AM
throughout August, followed by a casual lunch and Q&A where guests
can connect, ask questions, and continue the conversation around food,
wellness, and seasonal living.
Rather than a formal step-by-step
cooking course, each session is primarily demonstration-based with
occasional hands-on participation. Every class highlights a seasonal
fruit or vegetable and explores several delicious ways to prepare and
enjoy it using fresh, vibrant ingredients.
The first class focuses on creating a well-equipped kitchen for effortless meal prep, including:
- Smart pantry, refrigerator, and freezer stocking
- Essential cooking tools and equipment
- Organizing for ease and efficiency
- Setting up a kitchen that supports healthy, creative cooking
With
produce harvested from Erin’s own gardens, participants will experience
an abundance of fresh seasonal ingredients while learning approachable
techniques and flavorful recipes that can easily be recreated at home.
Classes are welcoming, personal experience with plenty of opportunity for questions, conversation, and inspiration.
Simple. Fresh. Creative. Nourishing cooking without the fuss.
