City Council Agenda for June 18

Matters of interest include the Sonoma Tourism Improvement District plan

 

The regular session of the will take place Monday evening, starting at 6 pm at the . A half-hour closed session will precede the public session, for meetings with labor negotiators.

As usual, there will be a period for public comment on matters not related to the agenda before regular business commences. Comments are limited to 3 minutes or less.

The consent calendar includes Maxwell Village pedestrian improvements, use of the Veterans Building for the July 4th celebration, Approval of a resolution declaring the results of the June 5, 2012 Special Municipal Election, and a purchase agreement for a new ambulance.

The main event may be the public hearing regarding establishing the , and approving the Management District Plan and an agreement between the Sonoma Tourism Improvement District Corporation and the City of Sonoma.
