Elderly Motorist Killed In Weekend Crash Near Geyserville
The 76 year old went off the road and hit a tree.
A 76-year-old man was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Saturday in the Geyserville area of unincorporated Sonoma County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The Vallejo resident went off the road and crashed into a tree shortly after 10 a.m. Saturday on Dry Creek Road near Canyon Creek Road, CHP officials said.
The man was pronounced dead around 10:20 a.m., according to the CHP.

CHP officials said they are investigating whether the man lost control of his vehicle because of a medical emergency.
The Sonoma County coroner’s office as of this morning had not yet released the name of the man.
