HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE and "Plats du Jour" Book Launch & Signing Party

 the girl & the fig and ESTATE Proprietor Sondra Bernstein and Executive Chef John Toulze will open the doors of ESTATE Restaurant and (weather permitting) the surrounding patios on Saturday to celebrate the season and the release of Sondra and John’s news cookbook, “Plats du Jour, the girl & the fig’s Journey Through the Seasons in Wine Country.”

Apertivo and antipasti will be served to guests throughout the event. The wine sponsor is Rhone-style Domaine de Nizas, born from a worldwide quest to find the best possible ‘terroir’ to craft high-quality artisan wines that reveal the outstanding terroir of Pézenas in France’s Languedoc region.
