The Sonoma League for Historic Preservation is sponsoring an show of Maggie Baylis' work at the General Joseph Hooker House from March 5 through March 28. The Joseph Hooker house is open on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays from one to four p.m. A reception is planned on March 19 from 4 - 6 p.m. The public is invited to attend.
Maggie Maylis is known for wit and whimsy reflected in her line drawings, charming figures of animals and oil paintings. All will be represented at the art show.
