Please help the Sonoma Valley Community Health Center celebrate National Health Center Week by joining us for our Dine and Donate Fundraiser at the Black Bear Diner on Wednesday, August 10th. The fundraiser will run all day.
In order for Sonoma Valley Community Health Center to benefit from this fundraiser you need to take our flyer with you to dine. A percentage of all proceeds from diners who bring in the flyer will be donated to the Health Center.
