Please help the Sonoma Valley Community Health Center celebrate National Health Center Week and raise some money by joining us for our Dine and Donate Fundraiser at the Black Bear Diner in Sonoma on Wednesday, August 10th. The fundraiser will run all day and 10% of all sales will be donated to the Health Center.
