Police & Sheriff Arrest Logs in Sonoma Valley, April 22 - 24

Reported from Sonoma County Sheriff's Office arrest logs for the City of Sonoma and the Sonoma Valley.
April 22, Monday, at 2:49 p.m., a 26-year old Boyes Hot Springs man, Mitchell Muehl, was arrested and booked for spousal battery and felony terroristic threats.
At 5:22 p.m. on 1st St. West, 50-year old James M. Doyle of Sonoma was arrested for domestic assault with injury.

At 8:18 p.m. Monday, Tanya Presti, 29, was arrested and booked for public intoxication on the 400 block of San Gabriel Dr. in Boyes Hot Springs.
At 8:23 in the 900 block of 1st St. West, Harry L. Lindelli, 59, of Boyes Hot Springs, was cited for violation of probation.

April 23, Tuesday, at about 3 p.m., Eric Holman of Boyes Hot Springs, 46, was arrested in the 18000 block of El Verano for felony receipt of stolen property and a misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.
Later that evening, at 7:55 p.m., Joe D. Clark, 48 of Santa Rosa, was arrested for public intoxication where the bike path crosses 2nd St. East., at 7:55 p.m.
At 10:28 p.m., Doyle L. Leavitt, 55, of Sonoma, was arrested on DUI charges in the 600 block of West Napa St.
Early risers: On Wednesday, April 24 at 9:31 in the morning, Cameron Selva of Clearlake, 21, was arrested in the Sonoma Plaza for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, an infraction; consumption of alcoholic beverages in public, a misdemeanor, and violation of probation, a felony.
He was apparently hanging with James T. Moffitt of Vallejo, 245, who was arrested at the same time on felony possession of concentrated cannabis, and consumption of alcohol in public, a misdemeanor.
