Quarryhill Botanical Garden's 3rd Annual Wild Collections, Expeditions for Education Fundraiser
Special guests from two top rated TV shows: America's Got Talent and the Food Network, plus the Queen's Botanist, Stephen Blackmore.

Science is important to keep at the forefront of our children’s education. It opens up a world of future opportunities, both professionally and personally for our youth, but shrinking budgets have taken a toll on elementary science education and many schools are now looking to scientific institutions to provide hands-on opportunities to keep students engaged in science. Quarryhill has recognized this need and is on track to host 1,400 students this academic year in its science education program (an increase of 20% from the previous year), but in order to accommodate this growing demand, they need your help!
Join them for Quarryhill’s 3rd annual fundraiser, Wild Collections: Expeditions for Education, on Saturday, May 16th from 5:30-8:00 pm. With your support, you make it possible for Sonoma County students to participate in a beneficial science program they otherwise couldn’t afford.
By attending, not only will you be helping a great cause, but you will enjoy a great party, too. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with champagne and then escorted on a cart through bowers of beautiful flowering dogwoods, roses, irises and rhododendrons. Once in the garden, stroll along the paths to further experience the magic and breathtaking views. As you reach the center of the garden, indulge in exquisite Asian-inspired cuisine while sipping a cocktail with friends. Be amazed by our special guests from two top rated TV shows: America’s Got Talent and the Food Network. At the conclusion of the evening, The Queen’s Botanist, Stephen Blackmore, will speak on the importance of educating our children about nature, followed by a brief Fund-A-Need to benefit Quarryhill’s education program.
