SCC Playhouse presents: Storyteller Series for Families

Internationally acclaimed storyteller Diane Ferlatte will perform, "Do I Have a Story to Tell" on January 18th!

Join us for an afternoon of folktales and other stories of the African American experience with internationally acclaimed storyteller Diane Ferlatte. Her storytelling embraces humor, audience participation, sign language and the musical stylings of sidekick Erik Pearson on banjo and guitar.

Diane has thrilled audiences on six continents and virtually every state in the US. In addition to numerous honors for her performances, all eight of her recordings have won awards including Parents’ Choice, American Library Association, as well as a Grammy nomination.

From Kenya to the Kennedy Center, she has inspired audiences the world over.
