The Permit Center and the Resiliency Permit Center have moved from physical to virtual operation, using e-submittals, telephony, and other technologies. Both offices remain physically closed. Most employees are working from home. Inspections are being
performed virtually as well. Staff communications with the public will occur by e-mail and telephone.
