Asian Street Food & Dumpling Cooking Class with Parties That Cook!

Every country has it’s own ready-to-eat food hawked on the street by vocal vendors, and the fiery and flavorful street food of Asia is some of the best. Whether it’s a crunchy, vegetable-packed spring roll, pillowy dumplings, or a crispy pancake dunked in ponzu, the street food of Asia always brings the flavor. Inspired by these flavors, that’s what the recipes in this class delivers. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted with a glass of wine to drink while mingling with your fellow students. Our talented chef instructors will go through each recipe and demonstrate tips and tricks for success in the kitchen. Then you’ll break into teams to make the recipes provided. At the end of class, each team will present their dishes and share them with the group in a relaxed dim sum party. You’ll leave armed with the recipes, technique, and confidence to make delicious Asian food in your own home!
