Everyone’s been reading about incorporating more good
carbohydrates into their diets by eating more whole grains.  For this hands-on class, we’ll explore
some familiar dishes with a whole grain twist.  Making the transition to whole grains is so easy and
delicious! Menu:  Home-made
Granola Bars, Wild Rice Salad, Indian Pudding Dessert with Vanilla Ice
Cream.
