Lunchtime Yoga w/Patti Martin
Yoga is for everyone. Participants will start with elementary postures, with an emphasis on the standing asanas (postures)

Yoga is for everyone. No one is too old or too stiff, too fat, too thin, or too tired. Patti Martin, a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, will guide students of all ages and physical conditions in a lunchtime yoga class that is safe, accessible and rewarding to all. Participants will start with elementary postures, with an emphasis on the standing asanas (postures). Patti will give students the tools, encouragement, and supported to develop their own home practice.
Bringing your own yoga mat is encouraged.
These free events are co-sponsored by the South San Francisco Parks and Recreation Department as part of our Health & Wellness in the Library series. Classes will take place at South San Francisco Main Public Library in our Auditorium.
