• Construction Underway For Alexan Icon, South San Francisco (sfyimby.com) — A major 480-unit apartment complex is rising along Colma Creek near South City's Caltrain station and historic downtown, bringing new housing, amenities, and parking to South San Francisco. With construction already well underway and completion targeted before late 2027, residents can expect added density, some deed-restricted affordable units, and new activity close to Highway 101 and the life sciences hub.
