The seminar will be held Monday, Sept. 29, 9-11 a.m. at the South San Francisco Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Dr., South San Francisco, 94080.
Representatives from the state Contractors License Board, the state Public Utilities Commission, Assemblyman Kevin Mullin and more will be on hand.
