Westborough Park To Re-Open This Weekend

South City residents are invited to check out the $2 million worth of new improvements to Westborough Park this weekend as they bask in the summer sun.

Those who show up to the ribbon cutting ceremony will have an opportunity to enjoy a free barbeque and live music while hanging out in the brand new picnic shelter.

The event will take place from 11 am until 1 pm on Saturday, July 14 in the park located at Westborough Boulevard and Galway Drive.

The renovated basketball courts, new playgrounds and upgraded meadows will also be available for enjoyment as well.

The ribbon cutting ceremony will celebrate the culimination of a renovation project on the 11.3-acre park .
