An explosive wildfire tore through the Anaheim Hills area, burning more than 2,600 acres and forcing thousands to evacuate. Driven by Santa Ana winds, smoke and as blanketed much for Orange County and parts of Los Angeles County. Firefighters have not been able to contain the blaze.

Movie mogul Harvey Weinstein's fall from power became official after the board of his own company, The Weinstein Company, fired him after allegations of sexual assault piled up in the media. The company also voted to change it's name. Accusers have been coming forward since an expose last week in New York Times. Several celebrities have been vocal in condemning his alleged behavior.

Police are looking for a street racer who fled the scene of a crash in Northridge that killed four young people. Authorities released video of a back car speeding from the fiery crash in hope that someone can identify the driver.
