Man Struck and Killed By Car on Lankershim Boulevard
A 60-year-old man was killed when he was struck by a vehicle in North Hollywood.

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and killed today in North Hollywood, authorities said.
The North Hollywood man, who was in his 60s, was hit at Lankershim Boulevard and Kittridge Street about 12:45 a.m., said coroner’s Assistant Chief Ed Winter. His name was withheld, pending family notification.
The man was hit by a vehicle that was southbound on Lankershim Boulevard, said Los Angeles Police Department Officer Liliana Preciado. The motorist remained at the scene and was interviewed by police, she said. The victim died at the scene.
