Jury Convicts Fairfield Woman Who Failed To Call 911 As Husband Was Dying
Breaking: Carissa Aldrich testified that her husband forbade her from calling 911 after the stabbing because of previous domestic violence.

SOLANO COUNTY, CA -- A Solano County jury this afternoon convicted a Fairfield woman of involuntary manslaughter of her husband who allegedly was fatally stabbed by her son during a domestic violence incident in 2015, District Attorney Krishna Abrams said.
The jury deliberated about two hours before finding Carissa Aldrich guilty. The prosecution argued Aldrich, 39, was negligent by not getting medical aid for her 45-year-old husband Tim Michael Aldrich immediately after the stabbing on Oct. 24, 2015 in their Overture Lane home in Fairfield.
"He bled out for about seven hours," Abrams said.
