Two Injured In I-80 Rollover Saturday Evening
The accident was east of North Texas Street in Fairfield.
Two people were injured in an accident on Interstate Highway 80 in Fairfield on Saturday evening, according to the Fairfield Fire Department.
Firefighters responded to reports of a major injury accident on eastbound Highway 80 east of North Texas Street shortly after 5 p.m., fire officials said.
Fire crews arrived to find car had rolled over and one of the two victims needed to be extricated from the vehicle, according to fire officials.

Firefighters were able to remove the victim from the car and both victims were transported to NorthBay Medical Center for injuries not considered life-threatening, fire officials said.
