Ensure Safety Of Your Child's Car Seat At Free Check In Temecula
A free safety-seat inspection is coming up. Make sure that yours is properly installed.

TEMECULA, CA —The California Highway Patrol will conduct free, child safety-seat inspections Saturday, Sept. 21 in Temecula to help assure parents that their youngsters' car seats are the right fit and properly installed, according to authorities.
The event is from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. — first come, first served — at Buy Buy Baby at 40438 Winchester Road in Temecula.
The CHP reminded parents and caregivers that unrestrained children in cars face significant risk of injury or death in the event of a traffic collision, plus all children 8 years or younger must be properly restrained in appropriate child-safety seats in the back seat. Children under the age of 2 must ride in a rear-facing, age-appropriate child safety seat, also in the rear seat.
