In addition to Bolero, the resort is expanding its Italian-inspired Vienza Winery Resort and Spa and its C'est la Vie resort, which is inspired by the French countryside. The 10-room Inn at Europa Village overlooks the cobbled paths and vines, and the Bolero Casitas sits in the center of the property.

Bolero, touted as a "lively Spanish winery" complements the Europa Village estate's French and Italian villages and includes a decadent restaurant serving tapas-style menus and brunch offerings. It recently received a Wine Spectator's Award Of Excellence.

"The next chapter in the Europa Village story has arrived, and it's a fully immersive experience into Spanish wine—created to celebrate the centuries-old tradition of dining, drinking, and reconnecting together," said Dan Stephenson, owner of Europa Village. "Bolero's stunning private casitas, restaurant, boutique, and tasting room will provide our guests and visitors a chance to step into Spain, right here in TemeculaValley, and we look forward to welcoming them to create unique wine country moments."

Vienza, the new tasting room focusing on Italian wines at Europa Village, "celebrates the magic of Italy," Goldsmith said.
It features a Wine Tasting Room filled with beautiful varietals, including winter favorites from Primitivo or Moscato d'Asti to summer-friendly wines like Pinot Grigio or Aleatico Rosé or the Metodo Classico Brut, which received 99 points, double gold and Best in Show Sparkling at the 2023 CA State Fair, according to Goldsmith.

"We could not be more pleased to begin welcoming our guests to Bolero," said Europa Village General Manager John Goldsmith. "Our wine tasting, dining, boutique, and event operations are primed to provide an unforgettable Temecula Wine Country experience while we finalize our stunning casitas and complete our future vision to deliver a truly immersive multi-winery resort experience to the more than 1 million annual visitors and the 26 million residents that live within a 3-hour drive of this amazing destination."
