Man Murdered in Temecula is Identified
Coroner's officials identified the victim of an apparent deadly stabbing Thursday.

TEMECULA, CA- A man who was found dead with apparent stab wounds in a dirt field adjacent to a Temecula business complex this week has been identified.
Riverside County coroner's officials on Thursday said 30-year-old Walter Selva, Jr. was injured on Tuesday in the 44000 block of Bedford Court, at around 10:12 p.m. He died about 20 minutes later.

Sheriff's officials on Wednesday said Selva's body was found Tuesday night.
A suspect is under arrest in connection to the death, but officials aren't yet identifying him publicly, according to Sheriff's Sgt. Wallace Clear.
However, online booking records indicate that a man named Ramiro Alejandro Ruiz-Acosta, 25, was arrested on Old Town Front Street on a murder charge on Wednesday.
"A trail of evidence from the scene led officers to a restaurant and hotel complex located on the 29000 block of Old Town Front Street," he said in a news release Wednesday. "While searching the complex, officers located a male adult and his female companion and both were detained."
The man was ultimately arrested and booked into the Southwest Riverside County jail on suspicion of murder, according to Clear.
