• Deputies Conducting E-Moto Enforcement In Temecula (patch.com) — Temecula residents are being warned that deputies are actively cracking down on illegal e-moto riding, with a focus on safety, education, and proper licensing. Recent operations in the city have already led to multiple citations, towed e-motos and pocket bikes, and reminders that higher-powered, pedal-free bikes are treated as electric motorcycles requiring a valid license on public roads.
   

• California boy killed after dad backs Tesla Cybertruck into him (newsnationnow.com) — A 6-year-old boy was fatally struck by his father's Tesla Cybertruck while it was backing out of their driveway in Temecula on the night of Sept. 19, according to CHP investigators. Authorities say all evidence so far indicates a tragic accident, and the Temecula CHP office is reviewing vehicle video and other evidence as the family and community mourn the child's loss.
