Police Arrest Two in Connection to Temecula Murder
24-year-old Justin Triplett was gunned down in his apartment on Sept. 22, police said.

One man was arrested for the slaying of an aspiring rapper at a Temecula apartment, and his purported accomplice was also in jail Saturday for allegedly hiding him from the law.
Eligha Juan Oshai Everett, 22, was taken into custody Friday in the 1400 block of North Sepulveda Avenue in San Bernardino by SWAT members with a search warrant.
Everett is accused of killing Justin Triplett, 24, of Temecula on Sept. 22, Riverside County sheriff’s Sgt. Raymond Huskey said.

The suspect’s alleged accomplice was arrested Friday on Stonewood Road in Temecula. Leah Nolan, 22, of Temecula, was jailed pending $500,000 bail for suspicion of aiding and harboring a criminal, Huskey said.

Triplett was shot several times at his home in the Portafino Apartments complex on Rancho California Road in Temecula. He died at the scene.
Friends told NBC4 that Triplett went by the stage name Yung Trip the Pretty.
Everett remained behind bars Saturday in lieu of $1 million bail, records showed.
