ANZA, CA— Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department's hazardous materials crew made sure a stretch of Anza was safe Monday after reports that a 500-gallon propane tank had spilled.

Just after noon, the crew answered the call that a 500-gallon propane tank valve had blown off at a property in the 60700 block of Devils Ladder Road, just off Highway 74, in Anza.
