DWP Bringing Back Saturday Customer Service Hours for Next 4 Weeks

Customer service representatives will take payments, process service requests, answer billing questions and resolve any billing problems.

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power is bringing back its Saturday customer service hours for the next fours weeks.

Service centers in South Los Angeles, Van Nuys, Watts and West Los Angeles will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sept. 13, 20, 27 and Oct. 4.

-- Van Nuys Customer Service Center, 6550 Van Nuys Blvd.

-- West Los Angeles Customer Service Center, 1394 S. Sepulveda Blvd.

Customer service representatives will take payments, process service requests, answer billing questions and resolve any billing problems.

The LADWP offered Saturday hours for two months in the Spring in response to a spike in calls resulting from problems with utility’s new billing system.
