CSAA Insurance Group Makes Top 50 Community-Minded Companies
CSAA Insurance Group has been named one of the 50 most community-minded companies in the US by Points of Light
For the seventh consecutive year, CSAA Insurance Group has been named one of the 50 most community-minded companies in the United States by Points of Light, the world’s largest organization dedicated to volunteer service. The Civic 50 provides a national standard for superior corporate citizenship and showcases how companies can use their time, skills and resources to impact their communities. CSAA Insurance Group has received this award every year since 2014.
"This award reflects our company’s core beliefs and is a testament to the dedication our employees have to giving back and serving our communities,” said Melissa Jones, executive vice president and chief human resources officer of CSAA Insurance Group. “It’s during challenging times like these that I’m especially proud of our commitment to helping people in need.”
Since 2018, 100% of CSAA Insurance Group employees have volunteered in their communities, which is the highest volunteer rate in the country for companies with more than 3,000 employees. Employees receive 24 hours of paid company time off to volunteer each year at national parks, local food banks, and more. Employees are also eligible for a matching gift program, a “dollars for doers” program and donations to nonprofit organizations in recognition of employee board service.
