Tony La Russa's Animal Rescue Foundation (www.arf.net) is offering three fantastic camps over Spring Break (April 9- 13)! Full or partial camp scholarships available to low income families.
The Jr. ARF Advocates program offers middle school students (6th-8th grade) hands-on experience while spending each session exploring how they can make a difference for animals. Fun service learning activities will give animal lovers an opportunity to take action and make life better for our furry friends/
The Pooch Pals Camp (1st-3rd graders)includes daily visits from ARF's Pet Hug Pack teams who will demonstrate breed characteristics and personalities while offering hands-on interaction with ARF animals. Animal centric games and crafts too!

For the 4th-5th graders, Camp ARF topics include: Care/feeding of shelter pets, as well as the care of animals in our community and the importance of spaying/neutering pets to control overpopulation. Campers will have the opportunity to observe a spay/neuter surgery (parent permission required) and to participate in a pet food drive benefitting animals in our community.
