Suspected Flasher Arrested At Waterworld
No children were at the scene. The man allegedly exposed himself to a security guard.

Police arrested a Pittsburg man on Tuesday after he allegedly exposed his genitals to a security guard working at Waterworld California in Concord, a police official said Thursday. Officers responded to a report around 6 a.m. of a man exposing himself at 1950 Waterworld Parkway, Concord police Cpl. Chris Blakely said.
Blakely said the park was not open and no children were present at the time. The security guard saw the man, later identified by police as Ramirez Rene de Jesus, 34, walking in the parking lot and asked him to leave, Blakely said.
De Jesus reportedly made sexual remarks directed at the security guard before pulling down his pants to his ankles and exposing his genitals to the guard, Blakely said.
