Walnut Creek Art & Wine Festival announces its 2015 entertainment lineup and special hotel rates sure to lure residents from the Bay Area and beyond to this favorite family festival.

The entertainment lineup for the 34th annual Walnut Creek Art & Wine Festival features Bay Area favorites on two live music stages with non-stop dancing guaranteed during the two action-packed days of fun for the entire family.

Hundreds of arts and crafts booths, a premium wine tent, craft beer garden, food booths and a children’s area are spread throughout beautiful Heather Farm Park. 

When: Saturday, May 30, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, May 31, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Saturday, May 30

Redwood Stage

12-2 p.m.: Sol moves the crowd with a Latin infused blend of rock, funk, and salsa

2:30-4:30 p.m.: Delta Wires packs a Big Band sound with harmonica and horns; inducted into the California Blues Hall of Fame in 2012

5-7 p.m.: Unauthorized Rolling Stones Band is the world’s greatest tribute to the world’s greatest rock ‘n’ roll band

Oak Stage

11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: Walnut Creek’s Foothill Middle School Jazz Band

1-2:30 p.m.: Fu Man Chu keeps the jazz groovin’ with its trio of talented local musicians

3-4:30 p.m.: PUSH performs classic American rock ‘n’ roll led by Bay Area news anchor Dan Ashley

5-6:45 p.m. Steve Lucky and the Rhumba Bums get everyone dancing with blues, swing, jazz and rare gems inspired by the 30s, 40s and 50s

Sunday, May 31

Redwood Stage

12-1:30 p.m.: JC Smith Band mixes jumpin’ blues with old-school soul

2-4 p.m.: The Houserockers brings an impressive 10-piece band playing rock and soul

4:30-6 p.m. Lovefool plays pop hits from the 80s, mega dance hits and rock anthems from the 90s to now

Oak Stage

12-1:30 p.m.: Key Lime Pie delivers rock and funk with a Latin twist

2-3:30 p.m.: Revolver rocks 60s music

4-6 p.m.: Fito Reinoso is the Bay Area’s only Cuban born and based sonero performing a variety of styles, from the most recent urban Havana grooves to “timba” to the classic son and cha-cha-cha

Where: Heather Farm Park at 301 N. San Carlos Drive, Walnut Creek; on-site parking fee; free parking and shuttles from nearby Shadelands Business Parkrun continuously during the festival.

Cost: Admission is free! Souvenir wine and beer glasses and pour tickets available for purchase. Glasses and pour tickets $7 each. Value added packages including multiple glasses and tickets are also available to purchase.
