Walnut Creek Police Announce 2 More Bait Arrests

Police say these two men stole items with tracking devices.

WALNUT CREEK, CA — The Walnut Creek Police Department announced two more arrests this week as a result of the department's BAIT program.

Scott White and Joshua Anderson were in possession of BAIT items when arrested, according to police.

Both men were booked into the county jail.
