Walnut Creek Police Officer Retires

WALNUT CREEK, CA — Walnut Creek Police Officer Dexter retired this week after 26 years in law enforcement.

During his career, Dexter has worked in Patrol, has served as a Field Training Officer, DARE Officer, SWAT team member, Firearms Instructor, Detective, Motor Officer, Motor Training Officer, and Acting Motor Sergeant.

He has received numerous Chief's and Supervisors Commendations over his years at WCPD. Officer Dexter is also distinguished in the field of Traffic Collision Reconstruction.
