Local student chosen as CSF award finalist

Radiylon Mina was selected a California Scholarship Federation Seymour Finalist.

Radiylon Mina will be awarded a $2,000.00 academic award honoring his academic success and community involvement. He is now eligible to compete for the CSF Seymour State Award and the opportunity to obtain an additional $3,000.00 monetary award.

Radiylon Mina attends Monte Vista Christian High School and is a member of the academic honor society, CSF. CSF represents 64,000 student members and awards $121,250.00 each year to CSF members. CSF represents California high school students and CJSF represents California junior high school students. 

CSF was founded in 1921 and is the oldest academic honor society in California currently celebrating its 90th year.
