Ashby Confections Chocolate Tasting

Jennifer Ashby is a classically trained confectioner. She studied with the Culinary Institute of America, to fulfill her dream of creating and sharing delicious food with others. Confectionary Arts became her passion, and she founded Ashby Confections as a vehicle for her art. She’s inspired by the seasonal availability of fruit in our area as well as the aesthetics of her craft. The best ingredients are used to make these delectable chocolates and candies, including salt from the local Monterey Bay Sea Salt Company, in her Monterey Bay Sea Salt Caramels! Come join us this Saturday to taste the chocolates, meet Jennifer herself, and make a purchase to take home and share with family and friends.
