Chocolate Lovers Dessert Class

On Saturday, February 12th join Fortino Winery in Gilroy for a Chocolate Lovers Dessert Class just in time for Valentines Day! Guests will make a deep dark Devil's Food cake with chocolate mousse filling and poured ganache frosting.  The instructor will demonstrate chocolate curls, chocolate shards,  using chocolate transfers, chocolate petals, and fondant Valentine decorations. Participants will bring home a decorated 4" Valentine cake. They will have time to practice filling the cake, pouring the ganache, using the transfers, making curls, petals, and shards.
