I believe our school board can do a better job in serving the needs of our teachers, staff, students and parents. I have been bringing fresh ideas to making much needed school improvements. But I need your support. I promise to uphold my oversight duties as a board member and I will continue to reduce administrative expenses to keep funding where it belongs, in the classroom. I will work hard to keep our district united, to raise student achievement levels, to increase educational alternatives, reduce expulsions and suspensions, to create a district-wide improvement plan and to have more students attend colleges and universities.
