SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA — Pacific Gas &amp; Electric is reporting on their outage map that almost 800 customers near Watsonville are without power this morning. The first outage started at about 4 a.m. on Sunday. The second outage started just before 7 a.m. PG&amp;E does not have an estimate of when the power will be restored for either outage and crews are assessing the cause of the outages.
