PG&E is working on restoring power to residents of Santa Cruz County. There are dozens of small outages reported, most impacting less than 50 customers each.
Santa Cruz, Capitola, Watsonville and Scotts Valley are all experiencing outages.
Crews are also responding to power outages throughout the Bay Area.

The National Weather Service recorded wind gusts of up to 67 mph this morning and flood advisories have been issued for much of the North and East Bay.
