The Salsa Nights class is for all dance levels, for those 18 years old and older. Show up as a single or with a partner. It's a great place to meet new friends who also enjoy a little dance therapy.

Not only is salsa great for the soul, but it's a tremendous workout. After the class is over, there is time for free dance, when you can really let your moves shine. The moves seem simple at first but get more complex as you learn the various techniques.

Unfortunately, the classes will be on hiatus for the next two months. But after that, they should be back up and dancing so you, too, can experience the excitement of salsa!
