Watsonville School Shooting Threat: Police Arrest 13-Year-Old Boy

Police believe the teenager is the lone person behind a threat that indicated a shooting would happen at a middle school Wednesday morning.

WATSONVILLE, CA β€” The Watsonville Police Department has arrested a 13-year-old boy who allegedly made a shooting threat toward a Watsonville Middle School that was discovered Tuesday. The threat suggested the shooting would happen Wednesday morning.

No guns were found at his Watsonville home, police wrote on social media. He was booked into juvenile hall.
