Gunman Holds Up Employees at TGI Fridays
The suspect hit a victim over the head with a gun and stole money and cellphones, a police officer said.

A gunman held up employees at the TGI Fridays restaurant in Woodland Hills early today, striking an employee with a gun and getting away, police said.
The gunman got into the TGI Fridays at 5919 Canoga Avenue at 2:55 a.m., said Los Angeles police Officer Liliana Preciado.
“Someone with a gun hit a victim over the head with the gun and took money and cellphones,” Preciado said.

Employees locked themselves in a room and called police but the robber was gone when officers arrived, she said.
In August, employees at Islands in Woodland Hills were also held up.
